Establishing Secure Connection Chrome Windows 10 Fix
What means ERRTIMEDOUT message in Google Chrome? Some of our users report about the troubles on their Google Chrome browsers. Browsers decline to show internet pages, and every new tab firstly shows “Establishing Secure Connection” for a long time and after that fails to show the desired page with the message “This site can’t be reached” and “ERRTIMEDOUT”. Photo organizing freeware. The problem is that chrome in unusable because it gets stuck on 'Establishing Secure Connection'. The page will not load and eventually times out. I have figured out a temporary way around this, to prove that it is something with chrome, and not my hardware or connection. To be clear, every other program but chrome works properly.

Newly build PC with the newest version of Win 10 Home installed, I cannot revert to older windows versions and Chrome is my favourite browser, but I have massive issues with it due to web pages taking minutes to load/if it load at all without failing due to taking too long. All I see in the bottom corner is Establishing Secure Connection, I have seen many posts on this problem but no 100% conclusive solutions have been found.. any help/recommendations? I've checked windows updates, reinstalled chrome, cleared cache/files, changed firewall settings. not sure what else but I've tried a lot.

Windows 10 Chrome Establishing Secure Connection Download
I just re-installed my Win 7 and when I installed Chrome, I noticed that for every new page it loads, there are a couple of seconds of 'establishing a secure network connection' before entering the webpage. After that, I can re-enter the page very fast, but it's the first time that something goes weird. The problem also appears in incognito mode.
I have the latest version of Chrome, no buggy or necessary extensions, have tried re-installing it (by deleting the Google folder from Program Files and AppData as well) and have also a freshly re-installed OS, so it can't be malware. I have also tried other browsers (IE and Mozilla) and the problem doesn't appear there. Lastly, I have run a Malwarebytes and an antivirus scan and nothing was found on both.
Any idea what it is? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
